Photo and video access
Mementide cannot see my media
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Mementide, then choose Limited Access or Full Access. With Limited Access, Mementide processes only items you allow.
Some similar photos are missing
Similarity works only with photos in the allowed range, not regular videos. If an original is only in iCloud, let the system retrieve the required resource and try again.
Does Mementide require an account or internet?
No account is required. Core processing happens on device. iCloud media, App Store products, public web pages, and support email use the network only for the action you request.
Saving and deletion
A rescued result did not save
Check Add Photos access, storage, and iCloud availability. Mementide saves a separate copy and reports success only after the system photo library confirms it.
Does Prepare to Delete remove a photo immediately?
No. Photos first enter local deletion review. Regular videos do not use that draft; Delete Now opens system confirmation directly. Nothing is reported as deleted before confirmation.
What happens if I uninstall Mementide?
Local choices, positions, notes, and preferences are removed. Originals, Favorites, saved copies, and Recently Deleted remain under iOS Photos management.
Mementide Pro and purchases
My purchase is not unlocked
Confirm that the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in Settings or on the paywall. Restore does not charge again.
How do I manage a subscription or refund?
Manage Subscription opens Apple's subscription settings. Apple handles purchase history and refund requests. A lifetime unlock does not cancel an active subscription.
How long is the free trial?
Trial availability, eligibility, duration, renewal date, and price are the values currently shown on the Mementide paywall and Apple's purchase confirmation page.
