1. Scope
By downloading, accessing, or using Mementide, you agree to these terms. Mementide is distributed through the Apple App Store. Unless a custom license is separately provided, use is also governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement.
2. App features
Mementide supports revisiting photos, Live Photos, and regular videos; local choices; photo deletion review; similar-photo groups; notes; effect previews; saving copies; and Photos Favorites. Regular videos support browsing, Favorite, Revisit Later, sharing, and system-confirmed Delete Now. Eligible formats can preview looks and save a complete new copy. Videos do not enter photo deletion drafts or photo-similarity scoring.
3. Your media and content
You retain rights in photos, videos, and notes and must have the right to view, process, save, or share them. Mementide gains neither ownership of your media nor a right to publish it publicly under these terms.
4. Assistance and deletion safety
Similarity groups, photo observations, and rescue effects may be incomplete because of media, system-resource, or algorithm limits. They are not decisions that content must be kept or deleted.
Prepare to Delete writes only a local photo draft. Actual photo deletion requires submission from deletion review and system confirmation. Videos have no Prepare to Delete draft; Delete Now goes to system confirmation. Mementide never reports success before the system confirms it.
5. Mementide Pro, purchases, and renewal
Mementide Pro is available through monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime unlock. All provide the same Pro entitlement. Actual products, price, currency, tax, and charge are those Apple displays and you confirm.
If the annual plan currently offers a free trial, only customers Apple determines eligible can use it. Trial duration, renewal date, and annual price are the current values on the paywall and Apple's purchase confirmation page. Monthly and lifetime plans do not include a trial.
Apple renews monthly and annual plans unless cancelled under Apple's rules. A lifetime unlock does not cancel an active subscription. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds. Restore Purchases checks valid StoreKit entitlements without charging again.
Expiry, refund, or revocation does not delete media, local choices, notes, saved copies, or block photo-safety flows.
6. Acceptable use, availability, and updates
You may not use Mementide for unlawful conduct, infringe others' rights, or bypass system security. Mementide is provided “as is” and “as available.” Check results before saving, sharing, or deleting and keep appropriate backups of important media.
You may stop using and uninstall Mementide at any time. Material changes update the effective date and, where needed, are communicated through the app or product page.
